EXACT Partners with Universal Robots as Certified System Integrator

EXACT Dispensing Systems now serves as a Certified System Integrator for Universal Robots, a market leader of collaborative robots or “cobots” that  operate alongside employees in automating a multitude of manual tasks.  When integrating into a dispensing system such as the popular and proven EXACT BeadMaster solution, the automated system can be programmed to perform extremely precise maneuvers, including intricate traverse patterns, multi-stage dispensing, and variable shot size and placement.

The UR cobots feature the advantages of advanced robotic automation with none of the traditional added costs associated with robot programming, set-up, and dedicated, shielded work cells. The flexible robot arms automate ever-changing production runs. Innovative force-sensing technology makes the robot stops operating when encountering an employee, eliminating the need for safety guarding in most scenarios.
